Effol Hoof Ointment - Hoof Conditioner & Protectant (Green)
Effol® Hoof Ointment has been part of the grooming kit for over 100 years. The classic green formula pairs laurel oil and thyme with a vaseline base that forms a water-repellent film, helping healthy hoof horn stay supple, resilient, and protected against constant wet.
How to use:
- Pick out and clean the hooves; if needed, wash with a hoof brush and pat dry.
- Brush a thin, even film over the hoof wall and sole.
- Apply several times a week, or daily in dry or demanding conditions.
Pair it with the Effol® Brush Fix to keep a dedicated applicator handy. Larger tubs and buckets available for busy barns.
