Virtual Custom Saddle Fitting Session

Buying or adjusting a saddle shouldn't feel overwhelming. Our Virtual Saddle Fitting Session brings clarity, confidence, and expert guidance to the process — right from your own barn.

This session is for you if you are:

• A current Passier® owner wondering whether your saddle still fits
• Preparing to order a new or custom Passier® saddle
• Looking to adjust or refit a Passier you already own to a new horse
• Evaluating up to three saddles you have on hand — whether you're already riding in them or considering a purchase

🧰 What's included:

• A measuring kit shipped to your door, with all the tools and instructions you'll need
• A prepaid return envelope for your tracings and measurements
• A one-hour Zoom session with Stefanie Reinhold, our certified Passier® fitter, who guides you step by step through the whole process
• Personal scheduling support: right after you purchase, we'll send you a link to our scheduler to pick the time that suits you best (sessions book at least one week out, so your fitting kit has time to arrive)

🕒 What you'll need:

• A helper
• A quiet space in the barn
• A smartphone
• About an hour of your time

Good to know:

• If you go on to order a custom Passier, the full cost of this session is credited toward your saddle — so your fitting effectively costs you nothing.
• A Virtual Fitting is also required before any saddle adjustment or refit. To change a tree, re-flock, or fit an existing Passier to a new horse responsibly, we first need accurate measurements and a clear look at horse and saddle together. This session is where that happens.

This is a genuine, expert-guided fitting in its own right — not a compromise. You'll come away with the measurements, documentation, and confidence to move forward, whether you're ordering new or making the most of a saddle you already own.
