Its bristle mix is soft, but soft in the way that still works. Grundy's Finesst has enough density behind the softness to lift dust and loose hair properly, so a sensitive horse gets a real grooming rather than a polite one.

Some horses want it only in the tender places. Others want it everywhere — thin-skinned horses, clipped horses in the first weeks after clipping, older horses whose skin has thinned, and any horse whose objection to being brushed is due to heightened sensitivity.
