Who you'll be talking to
Hi, I'm Stefanie Reinhold — an independent saddle fitter, certified by Passier®. With decades of professional experience, I've worked with every kind of horse, from the 4-H pony to the Grand Prix dressage horse. My focus is simple: a comfortable horse, a confident rider, and a successful partnership. Saddle fit is where I can make the biggest difference, and I'd love to help you find the right saddle constellation for you and your horse.
What happens in our 15 minutes
This is a conversation, not an evaluation. You tell me about your horse, your riding life, what's working and what isn't, and whatever questions are on your mind. If you'd like, you can email a few photos of your horse and saddle ahead of time and I'll have looked before we talk. I'll share my first impressions, point you toward what's worth a closer look, and answer what I can on the spot.
It often starts with something like this:
“My horse has become reluctant to bend to the right and won't pick up the right lead. My vet, chiropractor, and farrier can't find anything wrong, and he moves fine on the longe line. I'm looking for answers, and I want to rule out saddle fit.”
— or —
“I struggle to keep my position. My trainer keeps telling me to bring my legs under me, but they drift forward no matter what I do, and I feel like I'm working far too hard just to sit right. Could it be the saddle?”
Sometimes it is. Sometimes it isn't. Either way, you'll leave knowing more than you came in with.
Whether this is for you
This call is worth your time if any of these sound familiar:
- You've got a new horse and you're hoping your current saddle will work for him.
- You've changed or added a discipline.
- You've hit a plateau you can't quite explain.
- You meant to have your saddle checked in spring and it slipped.
- Or simply — when you ride, you don't feel balanced and secure. You feel like you're fighting for your position, or something's just not comfortable, and you can't put your finger on why.
That last one matters more than people think. How you feel in your saddle is real information.
An honest read, no sales pitch
You'll get an independent read with no pressure. More often than not, the answer isn't a new saddle — it's a small adjustment, and a small adjustment can make a surprising difference. If it turns out worth a closer look, I'll walk you through the options, and the choice is always yours.
