Effol® Hoof Ointment carries the same trusted formula grooms have used for over 100 years - laurel oil and thyme with a vaseline base that forms a water-repellent film to keep healthy hoof horn supple and resilient.
The black shade adds a dark tint that deepens the look of black hooves and gives a tidy, finished line for the show ring.
How to use:
- Pick out and clean the hooves; if needed, wash and pat dry.
- Brush a thin, even film over the hoof wall and sole.
- Apply several times a week, or daily in dry conditions.
